The World Government Summit officially opened in Dubai today, with many important guests. Phoenix TV, as the first and only Chinese media partner of the summit, went live and reported the whole process.

This year's World Government Summit, theme is 'Shaping Future Government' and is held from Feb 11 to 13. Around 30 heads of state and government, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, and CEOs of companies including Google, AstraZeneca, MasterCard, and Dow Jones gathered in Dubai.
